Experience gained in a variety of contexts. Applied to the specific circumstances of each business.

A perspective shaped by diversity

Over the course of more than three decades, I have worked in a wide variety of settings—large organizations, family-owned businesses, entrepreneurial ventures, and investment projects—addressing challenges related to growth, transformation, diversification, and other initiatives.

This diversity has exposed me to different business models, management cultures, and periods of growth, crisis, and transformation—as well as to many business cases that I was called upon to create, structure, challenge, or evaluate.

The more realities we experience, the greater our ability to recognize patterns, anticipate problems, find alternatives, or adapt solutions from one industry to another.

Mentoring has shifted my focus

My participation as a mentor in the VOICE program for executives at Nova SBE opened a direct bridge to another segment of the business community: leaders, founders, and managers from a wide variety of organizations.

This experience confirmed that putting years of practical experience and management knowledge at the service of these leaders generates a direct and transformative impact. In most cases, these leaders do not have a "silent partner" with whom they can discuss challenges, ideias or critical decisions.

Think strategically. Take Action.

I’ve never been a big fan of recommendations that end up in a report with no practical use.

Throughout my leadership journey, I’ve consistently sought to anticipate medium-term opportunities and turn them into immediate action—always toward aligned core goals.

Sometimes, that meant a strategic shift. Other times, it was something as simple as setting up a dashboard with the few KPIs that are truly essential for understanding the business and monitoring execution.

It’s an approach I continue to apply: understanding the problem, separating the essential from the incidental, and seeking quick wins that create value while working on the more structural issues.

What I Bring to Your Business

Not a formula. Not a heavy-handed consulting model. And not the presumption that I know your business better than the people who built it

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with boards, CEOs, shareholders, management teams, and entrepreneurs—sometimes as an executive, other times as an advisor, partner, or project lead. This has given me firsthand experience with the reality of those who make decisions with available information, manage conflicting interests, and personally bear the consequences of the choices they make.

It is this experience that I bring to every project: independence, analytical skills, and the ability to execute—with enough closeness to understand the reality and enough distance to challenge it.

This may mean supporting a strategic decision, reorganizing priorities, strengthening a team, preparing a growth plan, developing a sales or marketing strategy, better structuring the business to attract investment, or preparing relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
