I have never been drawn to recommendations that end in reports with little practical value. Throughout my leadership career, I have sought to connect strategic vision with execution — clarifying objectives, identifying priorities and turning intent into tangible progress.
It is an approach I continue to apply: understand the issue, separate the essential from the incidental, and identify quick wins that deliver immediate impact while advancing longer-term objectives.

Over more than three decades, I have worked across very different contexts — large organisations, family businesses, entrepreneurial ventures and investment projects, in growth, transformation, diversification and other strategic initiatives.
That diversity exposed me to different business models, management cultures, moments of growth, crisis and change — and to many business cases that I was called to create, structure, challenge or assess.
The more realities we know, the greater our ability to recognise patterns, anticipate problems, identify alternatives and transfer solutions from one industry to another.
Years of executive, entrepreneurial and advisory experience.
